Quilty Consulting collaborated with Collaborative to End Human Trafficking to facilitate the growth of their operations, thanks to substantial legislative earmark funding from the State of Ohio. Leslie led a comprehensive overhaul of the agency's personnel and operational policies, onboarding training, materials, and documentation procedures. Furthermore, she assisted in training staff on new time and attendance software and creating communication workflows to promote smooth organizational development.
